In August of 2005, our family took a trip to New Jersey for Polly's brother's wedding.
While we were there, we spent as much time in New York City as possible.
New York quickly moved to top our favorite cities list.

They were pretending to be the Statue of Liberty, which was just off to the left.

 

I had wanted to try this coffee for a long time, so one of the first things we did was grab a cup.
I was very pleased. Rich, a little bit sweet... A refreshing break from Starbucks.

     

Being here was profoundly moving.
