Welcome to Polly's page.

There's a light that shines in this dark world. That light lives in Polly and she shares it freely with those around her. She has the strength of a mother tried by fire and the warmth of a sunset in summer. She excels at making people feel special and has a knack for drawing out excitement and joy. Polly enjoys stolen moments with me, laughing with our kids, exploring new ideas, singing, champagne and beer, watching style/fashion TV, doing her nails, baking, and being a mother to the motherless. She has a deep passion for family and can be found most days spending time with them. She's as talented as she is beautiful and Hannah, Jaxon and I all consider it life's great pleasure that we have her in our lives.

Polly is always trying new looks and ideas to improve her styling skills.

For Christmas, Polly and I gifted each other a weekend together downtown.
2008 had been a difficult year in many ways, so we enjoyed a much needed break -
just the two of us.

More information about these photos is available on my Flickr site.

More shots for Polly's Styling Book. No, she didn't cut and dye her hair - it's a wig she borrowed.

These photos are from an evening out for Polly's birthday in LoDo.

Basic technique: underexposing for ambient and using Nikon SB26 speedlight for key/fill light.

More shots for Polly's Styling Book. No, she didn't cut and dye her hair - it's a wig she borrowed for an upcoming Roaring 20's party.

We're working on Polly's new business card for her syling business.

A good friend of ours just got his new bike and Polly wanted to check it out. No, she wasn't just getting fat, that's Jaxon...
Some good friends of ours thought we needed a break from life, so they treated us to an evening away. This was shot on 16th Street Mall.
