ADVENT SERIES: MAKING PEACE
Peace is a word thrown around casually and without much understanding. It is simultaneously a cause, the absence of conflict, a desired state of mind, and the hopeful resting place of those deceased. But the coming (“advent”) of Jesus offers us peace in place of enmity – peace with God, peace with each other, and peace within themselves. Therefore as Christ followers, what does it look like to follow Jesus by making peace in our daily rhythms, lives, and world?

Parent’s Morning Out: FREE CHILDCARE
As an event for our kids and a service to TNL parents, FIRST:LINK is offering  a Parents Morning Out on December 5th from 9AM to Noon. We’ll have free child care and Christmas activities for kids 5th grade and under at the new TNL office and community space (3220 S. Acoma St, Englewood). Go grab brunch together or get some Christmas shopping done. We only have room for the first 20 kids who sign up, so email Becky Rinehart at beckylee712@mac.com or sign-up at the FIRST:LINK sign-in table.

ACOMA OPEN HOUSE
Come join us on Saturday, Dec 5th from 5-7 PM for an Open House at the new TNL offices and community space at 3220 S. Acoma St. in Englewood. There will be light refreshments and an opportunity to see the building and connect with others from TNLC.

TNL ON WEDNESDAY: DECEMBER 9th
TNL is moving for one night from Tuesday, December 8 to Wednesday, December 9 as Greenwood Community Church is using their facility on Tuesday. We will be continuing in the Advent Teaching Series with a unique service of sharing and learning together.

TNL CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE
Celebrate Christmas with a special TNL Christmas Eve Service on Thursday December 24, at 11:00pm at Greenwood Community Church. The service will be one hour in length; childcare is not provided.
